If for any reason you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase, we will either replace it or provide a refund, with the following terms and conditions:
• Full refund guarantee does not apply to shipping claims. We are not responsible for orders damaged or lost by the delivery service.
• We reserve the right to have you return the original order, at your cost, before replacing or refunding your order.
• Maximum refund per order or customer is $500. The only remedy for problems with orders over $500 is replacing the order to correct product defects. We are required to set a limit to protect ourselves from possible fraud.
• This guarantee is limited to replacement of the original order quantity or refund of the purchase price of the order. We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving our products which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.
• This guarantee does not cover fees for mailing service or postage or associated incidental or consequential damages or claims. TAPaulk Communications, LLC is not liable for U.S. Postal Service errors, including loss or delay.
Lowest Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions
If you happen to find an authorized dealer that has a product listed at a lower advertised price than ours, we will be happy to match them, with the following terms and conditions:
• If you find a lower price anywhere else on a new identical item, just show us the link to the lower price in an email to our staff and we will match the price and give you 5% off.
• Must be a U.S. business, coupons and promotional emails don't qualify. Our staff will investigate the lower price item and if it is found to be a legitimate price we will email you with a coupon to use in our store.
